Here’s How It Works
You may exchange your mattress for $199 after 30 days from delivery for a one-time re-selection credit (minus fees) towards a mattress of EQUAL or GREATER value. Exchanges will not be accepted after 120 days (TEMPURPEDIC has 90 days). The manufacturer’s law label must be attached.
Soiled, stained, ripped or torn mattresses are ineligible for exchanges as well as pillows, sheets, mattress protectors, adjustable bases, bed frames, decorative beds, and special order merchandise are non-returnable/non-refundable. AS-IS, clearance, floor sample, and close-out merchandise cannot be canceled, returned, or exchanged.
