- Delivery and Returns
Free Delivery must be within 30 miles of any Bedding Plus location. Delivery is FREE on purchases from $699 (before tax). There is a $69.99 delivery fee for any items below $699 or outside of the 30 mile radius, but is subject to change based on delivery distance. Due to handling and disposal costs, there is a $29.99 removal fee. Bedding plus will setup only items purchased from Bedding Plus.
Mattress delivery Tuesday through Saturday only.
Prior to the established mattress delivery day, the customer will receive a phone call indicating a 3-hour time window for quick + easy delivery and setup. Bedding Plus will schedule your 3-hour window as efficiently as possible. A re-delivery fee will be charged if customer is not present within the scheduled time window.
Upon mattress delivery, the bedroom is to be readied by customer to accept purchased goods. (Bedding Plus is only responsible for the delivery and setup of Bedding Plus merchandise) Upon delivery of a Bedding Plus mattress set, we will remove your old mattress set for a nominal fee. One removal per set delivered only (excludes adjustable bases, frames and beds)
You may exchange your mattress (mattress only) after 30 days from delivery for a one-time re-selection credit (minus fees) towards a mattress of equal or greater value. New mattress selection must be made prior to exchange.
Purchases under $899 subject to a $129 fee with a standard delivery fee. Purchases $899 & above are subject to a 15% restock fee along with a standard delivery fee. Standard delivery fee is: $69. Delivery fee may also vary depending on distance.
Mattresses must be kept 30 days but no longer than 90 days. Exchanges will not be accepted after 90 days. The law label must be attached to the mattress or mattress becomes ineligible for exchange. A mattress protector is highly recommended. Soiled, stained, ripped or torn mattresses are ineligible for exchanges.
Due to health and sanitary reasons all sales are final on sheets, pillows, protectors, and enhancer pads. Adjustable lifestyle bases and special order merchandise are also non-returnable/non-refundable & excluded from exchanges. Special order items are but not limited to Twin XL, Full XL, California King and non-stock items.
A customer can cancel in stock orders without a fee. Customer needs to cancel the delivery one day prior to their scheduled delivery day. They can call 985-350-1440.
